To ask for your help to remember this song...

I used to go to a bar maybe 6yrs ago, and the DJ would play the kind of songs you hear on Kisstory.

Ginuwine, Pony. Trey Songz. Boyz2men. That kind of thing. Old rnb.

There was one song that had a chorus that said something about "my propellor". Might have started with a weird intro, maybe a helicopter propeller, maybe gun fire, (and for some weird reason I am recalling shouting and possibly church bells but less certain on that). Male singer.

Anyone? I've been on YouTube for about an hour and it's driving me crazy. I thought it was called "Propeller" but nothing (other than artic monkeys, Dave and Jae5 and it's none of these) comes up.

Please help me!

I'm pretty sure it was "Do the Propeller" by the Wiggles - a classic of its time.

This has appeared in my YouTube searches.

On the basis the singers look like the lovechild of Blue Peter and Bucks Fizz, I scrolled past.

Oooooh oooooh! I don't know where it's come from, and I may be merging two songs now, but I think there was a line that went

"I'm so Hella Hella Hella Hella..."

Which potentially at some point then rhymed with propeller.
