i know people will say its none of my business but i will be watching him when she goes back to work and i really cant imagine myself shouting this name out around tesco's.

is there ever a right time to tell someone the name they have chosen is terrible or is it always best to not say a thing.

i can see his whole life being spoilt by this name (yes it is that bad)

don't worry juliaroberts, it is only because you have some associations with the name not the dear little baby. soon it will be just his name to you and you'll probably not even think about it.

Hello Slarty

runnyhabbit · 03/03/2008 21:29

I know that my sis does not like the ds2 name, just by her expression when we first mentioned it (when I was pg) She still not too keen on it now, and he's nearly 11mths old. Chances are, your sis knows this too.

Tbh, I don't think I've ever actually heard her say his name - she just calls him cheeky, sweetie etc
