WHY ARE YOU NOT EMBARRASSED??

Why do people not check and double check the original post before adding a scolding reply which makes them look really silly, when the answer is right FKING there? Honestly, should we take a breath, a moment to consider if we are not going to look really twattish by letting our angry little fingers type stupid responses?

It almost makes so much sense why society fails so spectacularly when people are so confident in being loud and wrong.

I already know that I have made several errors in this post, and I fully expect to be pulled up on them because of murphrys law 🤭.

Well if the fifty-somethings are old enough to be your mother, then you must be young enough to be one of the kids they came to MN to angst about back in the noughties. Don't be so sure you'll be all sweetness and light when you get to this age...

Well I’m over 50 so according to some on this post (no names mentioned) I’m a nasty piece of work. Glad my grown up kids don’t think so, one of whom is a mum too and is probably on mums net too. Anyway, I’ve had a right old laugh reading this thread so thanks op for starting. You’re all bonkers by the way 😂

The biggest give away is when you ask for like career advice and they say when I graduated in 1982 I applied for a top job and got it so maybe you are lazy and need to work harder.

Or where they say things like does one not send children to grandma's house instead of paying expensive nursery bills. Well great but I had to move to get these so called easy top jobs and now grandma is 100s of miles away so... or telling me how much nursey was in like 1996.

Fyi i would expect mums net to be full of 20 somethings as I thought it was for parents to share similar experiences these womens kids would have been adults when mums net was created so how did they end up here??

They ended up here the same way as people who have never even had kids.
