To only sleep on 100% cotton sheets

Out shopping with my DSis for new bedding. She was in total shock that we (me, dh plus 2 dc) only ever sleep on 100% 300 thread count sheets and pillowcases. She didn’t understand why I would buy poly cotton or percale despite it being cheaper. She thinks I’m a snob 🤣
I thought everyone used pure cotton sheets. Good sheets like good towels and good shoes are just the norm.

i can only tolerate 100% brushed cotton or teddy bear bedding(also described as super soft or teddy soft)

ive a super king as well so its not cheap.

im that bad that when i go away to caravans holidays, hotels etc(not abroad as i don't do that) i have to pack a bottom sheet and quilt cover as i cant sleep on "normal" bedding

im early 40s and been like it my whole adult life

ive been getting deluxe bedding off ali or temu lately

they have amazing feeling bedding sets

Although not pure nylon sheets. I wonder what happened to all of those?

If other materials are being sold, than clearly people buy them, otherwise it wouldn't be in a business' interests to produce and sell them - duh.
