Too noisy …

Im on a family holiday,
me, kids, reluctant hubby and my mother in Cornwall. Worked hard all year for this break, me and mum like to wrap up for the great British summer and sit outside for a drink and a chat and some CF has just ‘sssh’ us at 11.15, some guy trying to sleep. Are we being unreasonable?! No music, just a mum and daughter chat outside our house after a crazy day with the kids ……

And people forget that not everyone who lives in a ‘holiday village’ is reliant on tourist income. So often you hear ‘well you need tourists’. It’s the equivalent of ‘I pay your wages’.

And the volume of said talking and laughing increases if you are drinking.

And that the people who live there are not “staff” whose job it is to make your holiday experience better.

I'm always relieved when certain types of tourists go home, the stupidly noisy pissed ones, those who litter everywhere and the wankers who should have never had kids because they can't parent them in any respect.
A message to them, empty your wallets and then fuck off home, don't bother coming back.

Everyone has their windows open, and after 11pm it's completely reasonable to want quiet.
