I've seen Frank Field on the train and tube a few times over the years... in the film today Murphy's blue eyes and 'haunted face' reminded me of a much younger FF!

I think he's really beautiful but I'm glad I'm not married to him. I'd hate to be married to a film star, I would always be worried that he was going to leave me for one of his beautiful co-stars.

Sorry that's a bit much, it is a fact though that even the hottest guy will have some woman sick of him at times. Sorry for lusting after your husband, but you can send him to me alternate weeks if you need a break!

I get that, I'd probably rather have him just as a non famous guy but seeing as I can't have him either way it doesn't matter too much!

@Prrambulate 'baby girl'? I will have to check that out, it is sobering realising that Cillian would hate all this lusting after him.

A lot of them started using "baby girl" to refer to him when they discovered Breakfast on Pluto and it became a bit of an injoke that spread (much like the Disappointed Cillian meme)

I worked on a fearsomely bad Dramat production of Observe the Sons of Ulster with him in it at UCC back in the mid-90s. I think I was supposed to be on props, but mostly I sat around backstage smoking and avoiding work. I’d love to say I recognised his star quality but I think I only remember him because his brother worked with my sister. I thought he was a total Pres boy twonk. To the extent that I never saw Disco Pigs which was immediately afterwards. Grin

@Glockamorra you know his WIFE is here?!!! Yeah don't know if times have changed but Pres boys during that time were all up their own arses. FWIW I auditioned for dramat and didn't get in. Their loss!!
