To have preferred last summer's weather

I know this will be contentious but I'm a bit disappointed in this summer's weather tbh.

I don't really feel the cold and can't remember ever having the heating on in the summer but I've had it on three times in the past month!

It was defo a bit hot on a few days last year but there were lots of nice hot days with temps in late 20s. This summer just feels like it's been rain, overcast muggyness, and then some slightly chilly nights.

I want some proper scorchers!

I'm very happy with the weather, I'm 27 weeks pregnant though & sometimes it still feels too humid even at the high 10s but I'll take it over last year's summer! 😁

I loved the hot days last summer. Nothing better for me than beautiful sunny days soaking up the heat.
I do struggle with SAD so get miserable in winter. Even though it’s daylight at moment this wet soggy weather getting me down.

Agree OP . Am glad I have a holiday in Mallorca end of August!

Car thermometers are usually located outside of the car near the front bumper, so they are not very accurate as they influenced by the surface heat of the road/car engine rather than the air temperature.
