Either a reduced rate or a certain number of ‘free’ trips per UC assessment period or similar?

@DanceWithTheBigBoysAgain no because an older car would likely mean higher costs of repair and second hand cars are ridiculous expensive now. He’s not expecting a Tesla! He has zero savings. I’ve already had to buy him a new boiler and pay to repair his existing car.

I wonder if we had exactly the same conversations, moaning and excuses when leaded petrol was banned?
