DH has just put the dishwasher on a long cycle in the middle of the day 😡 I have all of his family coming shortly for a meal to celebrate his birthday.

surely everyone knows that during the day it’s a short cycle and overnight it’s a long cycle.

now I have to wait 3 bastard hours for it to finish with the pots building up.

of course slightly lighthearted but what does give you the rage?

Might be but it's chaotic in most of Cardiff with some speeding and others doing 12/15 mph. Not good if you drive for a job and are on a tight schedule. Also people driving less than the speed limit in the overtaking lane whilst overtaking nothing but air....

I would have thought it created more pollution and traffic jams.

@woodhill It will and speed bumps (different heights and sizes) make you look at them instead of any pedestrians/animals that may be about to run across the road. As a pedestrian, I always want cars to get out of my way so I can cross in peace. 20 mph just makes everything slower for everyone.

Multi car households that take up all the parking spaces. Think there should be progressive taxes and huge taxes for SUV's that aren't needed for countryside use.
Streetlights that are both too bright yet too dim to light anything adequately. I miss the orange ones and don't understand why they can't make the white ones less glarey.

I live in a large RAF area, we have flight paths, bases, training and battle grounds.

Every week there will be someone post that they've just moved to the town and ask "what's that bang - my windows are shaking and the baby is screaming". You moved near a battle ground, where they practice shooting. Do your research!!!

Drivers who gesture to let you out of a junction, but I can actually see on my side and I can't go yet, and then the driver who let me out gets annoyed. Why?? Just go on with your day!

Also our twat neighbours who have a decent one car driveway and rather than park their enormous work van on it, they park their tiny car on it. The work van then gets parked on the road taking up at least 2-3 spaces.

I have a tiny kitchen,and someone always has to come in and stand where I need to be.

I've got a fairly large kitchen and that still happens!

Fuckwit of opposite neighbour. Has been building his extension for over 2 years, due to his habit of not paying the builders and then employing more a few months later. And he always employs nasty sweary bastards.

Roof is currently off and place is a death trap with unsecured ladders just asking for kids to climb up. In fact there was a group of teens a few weeks back swinging from roof beams, getting stoned.

Then this morning turning up with his shit van and music blaring at 0730, waking up the street, whilst he unloaded more wood into the house. Then gets back in the van, turns music off and drives off! DH thought his Sonos had switched itself on. He was waiting for me to do my usual fishwife impression but I was too tired after a shit night of hot flushes. Fucking inconsiderate bastard.

@hdbs17 yes! We live by a helicopter air field. Lots of helicopters (I love them). Local fb group - “why is a helicopter circling, my baby can’t sleep!?!” Also, 3 babies in my home never didn’t sorry because of the helicopters. They’re not even that loud.
