What is this lump?

It appeared at the side of my head on the left side, close to the hairline a week or two ago. It doesn’t hurt, sort of itches around it sometimes. It’s hard, not moveable and is red, I think becoming redder, not sure. It’s just appeared out of nowhere, should I be worried?

If you've scratched an itch it could leave a bump. I don't know if it's that, but my DDs have had lice recently and have been scratching.

Take the pic from slightly further away to get focus then zoom and crop it after you take the snap

If it’s only been there a couple of weeks I guess it could be an insect bite reaction?

You need to go and see a pharmacist and see if they think you should go to your GP.
