every night when I sit down to watch telly there are adverts for Just Eat, KFC etc. Purely designed to make us order a takeaway.

I hate this and think it should be regulated in the same way that cigarettes and alcohol are.

And wtf is it with Trivento wines advertising 'a splash of the bold' in conjunction with certain programmes.

Just no!

Also see gogglebox where every person on is is eating in front of the TV. Snacks, or dinner or cakes.

Junk food advertising needs to be banned. The Government was going to do it (pre-watershed I think so it wasn't aimed at children) but they did a u-turn (no surprise).

That's because they are simply more niche than kfc and advertise more locally. Plus most wouldn't have budgets for ad on bbc at prime time.

YO sushi will not steal customers from burger king🤷 But KFC or maccies can. Dominos, papa John's and pizza hut are basically just trying to get each other's customers as well.

They are all just fighting over existing customers tbh

Most just eat or deliveroo ads I've ever seen include a range of foods including Japanese or Vietnamese.
Just eat is just a middle man, the takeaways available will differ based on the area you're in.
