I know he's 73 & he's got 3 decades on me but I am becoming obsessed after seeing him in concert last week.

I've found some old concert videos from the 70s and 80s and can't believe how magnetic he is and was on stage!

I love my DP but AIBU to say I wouldn't miss a beat to disappear with Bruce for a night?!

I'd buy a ticket and go alone!

My db met him backstage and had a pic took with him a few years ago .The caption was The Boss.. and Bruce Springsteen

A friend told me how they were in a group of friends at a hotel bar in Dublin years ago. One of his colleagues saw Bono and The Edge and got a bit overexcited. He then went over to ask for a photo and went back to my mate delirious he'd had a pic taken with the guys from U2. Then my friend told him to look at who he'd asked to take the photo - it was Springsteen who was sat with them!

I've never known if that story is true or a retelling of an urban myth but I like to believe if!

I know this is an old photo but...

Does anyone remember last year or the year before he made a kind of home movie. And if so where can I watch it?

He features on a song called Chinatown by Bleachers.

If you watch one of the videos he features in, the Lead Singer Jack Antonoff (at about 2:40 mins) gives exactly the look I'd give if I met the Boss.

My ex-bil knows him fairly well. They’ve both been drinking in the same bar in New Jersey for years. Said he’s so down to earth, no airs and graces about him, just one of the lads :)

@claracluck1978 Me too, half my (many) open browser tabs are currently either viagogo for tickets, skyscanner for flights or youtube for concert footage 😁

Please don't use Viagogo. Tickets resold there are liable to be voided and Viagogo have no refund guarantees.

The BST gig tickets were only able to be resold via the original seller, ASX I think it was. Viagogo etc ones were cancelled and people didn't get in.

You do get some resale on Twickets which is usually against the terms of the original seller, but these ones do at least usually work, cannot be sold for more than face value and there is a refund guarantee if the ticket doesn't work.

Ticket buying is a minefield.

I'm seriously debating a Canadian show. I can't make Aug/Sept dates due to other plans but I reckon Nov is doable

My mum was obsessed with him in the 80's and 14 year old me followed suit - my goodness that man is beautiful

I’ve been to see Bruce a few times over the years - most recently in Barcelona this April
DH is the music fan. I just followed along to drool, but I do appreciate the music now. He’s just so good and it’s always 3 hour set. Oh and I squealed the loudest when he ripped his shirt open on stage 😍
