What did you last but someone flowers for?

When did you last buy someone flowers for a reason that may not be considered the norm. (As above)

I received flowers as they were intended for someone else at a hobby but they didn't show. I was still grateful for them as the person could have taken them home for themselves.

I bought someone flowers recently to show gratitude for a selfless act they did which benefited our family.

Last week I bought flowers for my fathers grave.
A couple of months ago for a friend who looked after my house and pet while I had to be away for the day a big job was going on and having my son for tea after school.
Buy for myself about once a month.
My mum buys me flowers once or twice a year, last time was when my baby nephew died, I think she just wanted to do something.

Got my 7 year old flowers because she was struggling in school and I wanted to cheer her up.

my neighbor recently got me flowers because I cheered her up and gave her some good advice when she was down. Really made me feel so appreciated, such a nice gesture.

I occasionally send my mum and gran flowers 'just because', so it'd be one of those.

It's not as often as I should, I really, really need to do it more.

I sent my my mum some flowers recently just to cheer her up. She lives four hours away from me and she was feeling down about a couple of things so I sent flowers in lieu of being able to go round and give her a hug.
