I’m a teacher. Aibu to politely tell my colleague that his food is too smelly to be eaten in the staff room? Most of us have a sandwich but he microwaves strong smelling food every single day.

Just go elsewhere if you don’t like it? If, as you claim, you’re lucky to get 10 mins what’s the point in going to the staff room anyway? It’s one of the reasons I eat at my desk, rarely get a chance to have a break anyway.

We don't have a staff room. Well technically we do but it's been turned into a teaching space so no one uses it 🙄.
