So my (usually very sensible and boring self) has recently discovered that I have a first class degree…
which coincided with some excellent offerings from Glastonbury so I woke up drunk today. DS was delighted to find he had a slice of farmhouse cake for breakfast before DH took him to school. I’ve decided that I must spend the morning watching ‘Withnail and I’ which is proving to be an excellent choice while experiencing a ‘bastard behind the eyes’ and I ‘feel unusual’. Anyone else absolutely love this film ?

I'm really disappointed that this wasn't actually about you having earned a degree you didn't really earn, because I was all ready to tell my story about how my university records for a number of years claimed I had a degree in dentistry! I am in fact a scientist, but I think if I could have gotten over my innate fear of the inside of people's mouths, I could have made a lot more money as a dentist. Well, anyway, there you go, I told it anyway.
