Professional gardener/horticulturalist - and, no, working outside all summer is not all that you think it might be, especially in the heat and humidity!. 20 degrees is plenty - and I relish cooler, more comfortable weather and the feel of precious, life giving rain on my skin!

Have a second job as a bee farmer, but only on a small scale - more a paying hobby😁

Same here and I agree about working outside all summer. It can be wretched working outside all day in 30C when there's no shade. 15C is plenty, thank you. Also, no I don't wear shorts because of biting insects, thorns, glass, sharp stones, cat shit etc.. Saying that, I love my work and wouldn't do anything else.
