I'll go for "I'll have the gravlax", "Dust Magnet", "The Happy World of Haribo", "Bladder leakage" and Plusnet's Pink Furry Ball (the vacuum cleaner ad that never was).

The "Who Gives a Crap" toilet paper one.

Why the F does it need multiple close ups of a load of MASSIVE fat arses wobbling towards the toilet/bathroom?

🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Oh yes I hate it!

HoistWithHisOwnPetard · 23/06/2023 14:16

lloyds This Girl is on Fire

Alicia Keys = worst singing voice ever

sounds like a constipated banshee😂

Sunnysal · 23/06/2023 14:21

The car one with no sound is so annoying. I immediately think we've lost the sound on our dodgy wi fi telly. Presumably it saves money.

CovertImage · 23/06/2023 14:37

Has anyone else noticed that ads - certainly in my area - hardly ever show mums looking after or dealing with the kids or the kids issues any more. It's always dads. So true to life - not

CaptainMyCaptain · 23/06/2023 15:09

DARLING HOLD MY HAND!

Oh God I hate that song so much. Jess Glynn (I think it's her) has a horrible voice.

This one is always on YouTube as well 😡

We were once left for an hour sitting on a plane that had missed its take off slot with that song played on a loop the whole time. 😡

Because if they do they'll be accused of gender stereotyping and have the ad pulled. Even though some gender stereotyping is ok, it's only harmful gender stereotyping that isn't. Showing a mum looking after her own kids isn't harmful. But them's the roolz.

In all seriousness, I think that advert is really ill-thought out and a deliberately nasty thing to do to blind people.

I presume the idea is to make you wonder what's happened and look up at the advert - thus paying it attention if you were otherwise ignoring the telly during the commercial break; which is all very well if you can see it, but for those who can't, I imagine a sudden unexpected, out-of-context silence must make them worry every time that ad is on that their telly is on the blink or that there's been a power cut.

@EvlisPersley · Today 20:10

All of the ones trying to tick every diversity box in one 90 sec ad. 🙄

This. ^ Boils my piss too. Just makes me roll my eyes. There's a few of them too!

This.Every couple is mixed race

I wonder if ads are area specific?Ive been ill so watched loads of TV the last few days and do not recognise a lot of these listed

The zoopla one where everyone is shocked when the woman asks how much the house cost. It's a perfectly reasonable question if you ask me.

No that is cheeky.

Lokipokey1 · 25/06/2023 03:18

The unskippable on YouTube ‘she’s got the job’ advert 🤬🤬

RocassaCH · 25/06/2023 19:19

The new Subway® ad. promoting 'Thick Man'.

Vodafone adverts. (Even the one with the lovely Sam Ryder in it). It's the voiceover woman. Nails down a blackboard. Whiney raspy voice. Sets my teeth on edge.

Floogal · 26/06/2023 17:22

The booking dot yeah advert with the woman who sounds like Ruby Wax.

And the other holiday advert with that woman in new York who books a holiday for her and her dog. So grumpy and smug. Why broadcast it in the UK?

VeterinaryCareAssistant · 26/06/2023 17:44

@FatherJackHackettsUnderpantsHamper

The advert is for a cleaning spray - Flash I think.

The man sings "spray, wipe, done".

I always have to shout at the TV - No it doesn't work! Leaves a thin dull layer over everything unless you rinse.

Love the Flash dog though.

malarkeyisntmeasurable · 30/06/2023 08:03

@FatherJackHackettsUnderpantsHamper you asked, I delivered 🫡

IheardYouButDontWantToAnswer · 30/06/2023 08:06

I don't like any of them, but I particularly dislike - the one where the woman "is letting it all go" when doing yoga. The one with the woman sitting on the toilet discussing period pads for bladder leakage.

heartsinvisiblefury · 30/06/2023 14:55

That lorry driver returning back with a burger for his wife - lucky woman eh!? What a man!!!

LadyVictoriaSponge · 30/06/2023 15:58

Mtande · 18/06/2023 20:30

God that booking advert is showing four times now, all massive. Make it stop!

Does anyone else feel sad when they watch the Cotswold Company adverts? They just make me think that everyone is going to die some day.

Yes! I have to turn it off I hate the death vibe it gives me.

LadyVictoriaSponge · 30/06/2023 16:06

I hate the new Treseme ad for shampoo that supposedly leaves “less hair on the brush” we then have the delight of the sound of the model brushing her hair in all its apparent silky loveliness but it actually sounds like the brush is being dragged through barbed wire.

Nussbaum · 30/06/2023 16:15

All of them, but in particular the bloody air freshener one with the two women and the tena products ones.
Oh and the dandruff one and the duster one.
Just all of them really.
I always mute them and look at my phone or something.

LaMaG · 30/06/2023 19:03

The gilette one where the woman is shaving her pubic area, way too much seen there. Its not just on TV, its on at my local shopping centre on one of those bill digital billboards. I was walking along with my kids and they were are watching someone in their knickers shave their pubes. Jesus Christ. Not to mention the social conditioning attached to it, my little girl probably already thinks she has to shave them off as soon as they arrive. I feel its just wrong on every level

SoupAndToast · 30/06/2023 19:07

The Shreddies one with Nick Knowles and also the Smirnoff advert where they dance like they are pulling something - both irritate me so much.

Gizzey · 30/06/2023 19:08

Came on to say ‘the annoying fucking loving Monday guy’ but I see it was mentioned on the first page (with ‘This girl is on fire’ girl on bike with horses annoyingness mentioned shortly afterwards) Grin.

The tube in London has loads of ads for I think Pampers with stupid, cringey quotes about ‘poonamis’. Irritate me intensely. So twee and not funny.
