I'll go for "I'll have the gravlax", "Dust Magnet", "The Happy World of Haribo", "Bladder leakage" and Plusnet's Pink Furry Ball (the vacuum cleaner ad that never was).

Whoever that woman is laying on the face creams “how do I get down?”

And that stupid Tesco trolley

And 🎶Just sold my car for less than my next bra🎶

Regarding "we buy any car" no they bloody don't. Despite saying they do, including your old banger, no they bloody don't.
We had to get rid of our car, mot due and we knew it wouldn't pass this time without a massive amount spent on it, 22 years old but still running and we were told it was too old! Bastards.

IForgotOurSong · 18/06/2023 20:51

Mines the online Fitbit one with the smug woman going on about her perfect self-care evening which apparently starts with ‘doing some Pilates’

Tarkan · 18/06/2023 20:53

I didn't know you had dandruff.

Mondays are working for me.

Bulky pee pads/pants. And the woman on the loo for a different brand discussing the same thing (I'm sure it's pee ones rather than period like others have said?)

Creepy Tesco clubcard face.

Any of the hotel booking ones that say their third party site is cheaper than going directly to the hotel. They've never been cheaper for me and I've usually got better deals going directly to a hotel to book.

That creepy doll Connie I think it is?

The very off-key singing dairy farmers.

NewShoes · 18/06/2023 20:54

I have a secret soft spot for ‘I didn’t know you had dandruff’. It’s so cheesy I quite like it. I can’t stand the ‘elephant in the room’ bank one though, or the ASDA (I think?) where the man takes about 5 years to get the shopping in. Groan.

BellyBeGone · 18/06/2023 20:55

Hate the gargling robinsons one. Makes my stomach turn.

the80sweregreat · 18/06/2023 20:55

I quite like the Monday's one because it reminds me of shit 70s tv like ' summer time special '
Any ad for tena lady products or whatever are cringy.

the80sweregreat · 18/06/2023 20:56

The gargling Robinson's ad must have been made for a joke !
It is horrible

rosielemonaddde · 18/06/2023 20:57

The skin + me ones where celebs show everyone the 'doser' with skincare treatment/moisturiser etc. I've had a trial of it. It's ok. Nout special. And the daily doser is very stingy, never enough for my whole face.

Also the Polly mums life insurance one. So patronising.

The woman on the actual toilet with her knicks round her ankles talking about pads

Is nothing sacred

Yes! I do not need to see someone sitting on the toilet, ffs.

Costacoffeeplease · 18/06/2023 20:57

Yes to the Robinson’s gargling. Horrific

Floogal · 18/06/2023 20:59

Those 2 smug women and the incontinence knickers adverts. Especially as she ends up sitting on that guys shoulders at the gig.

Mtande · 18/06/2023 21:02

"How did you meet your boyfriend?"

"I leaked piss onto him"

MXVIT · 18/06/2023 21:02

WestendVBroadway · 18/06/2023 19:33

Really, should we pretend menstrual cycles don't exist?

I clearly meant seeing someone sitting on the toilet but go off sis, reach away.

universityhelp · 18/06/2023 21:04

Most of these mentioned I've never seen as try to avoid adverts, but hate the woman's voice on the Zoopla adverts, Specsavers adverts in general, and ones for electric cars, something like 'who says electrification couldn't spark excitement' - literally nobody said this ever!

Vitriolinsanity · 18/06/2023 21:11

It occurs to me I haven't watched Tv with adverts in ages.

The blonde woman with the child Alex? who waxes in about laundry tablets. I don't know about Alex, but I switched to powder because I can't open the fecking box,

EbonyRaven · 18/06/2023 21:16

@EvlisPersley · Today 20:10

All of the ones trying to tick every diversity box in one 90 sec ad. 🙄

This. ^ Boils my piss too. Just makes me roll my eyes. There's a few of them too!

loislovesstewie · 18/06/2023 21:22

The one for Virgin Atlantic, a woman decides not to wear lippy, a man wears red eye shadow, an older woman looking out of the window some woman flying the plane while another person warbles 'I am what I am'. Yes, but could we please know something about the actual flights, not virtue signalling?

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 18/06/2023 21:22

Any advert that uses naff poetry. Scottish Water are particularly guilty of this - twee verses about ‘protecting a natural resource’, not flushing wipes and refilling bottles from the tap.

Any advert that uses a song, but wedges their words into it with zero regard for making them fit correctly with the music - so the non-emphasised part of a word is on the beat of the music and therefore emphasised.

WestendVBroadway · 18/06/2023 21:29

MXVIT · 18/06/2023 21:02

I clearly meant seeing someone sitting on the toilet but go off sis, reach away.

The woman on the actual toilet with her knicks round her ankles talking about pads
Well it was(obviously) not clear to me that you were referring to being offended by someone sitting on a toilet, rather than someone "talking about pads". , but go off sis judge away!!

Mamette · 18/06/2023 21:35

The viagra one where the scraggly looking man dances down the stairs all chuffed with himself <boak> His poor wife has to accommodate his stupid twirl and everything. That one might not be on any more though (I hope).

Also-
HY
AH
LA
ROWN
IC
Acid

the lab coat and the safety glasses, please.

MollysBrolly · 18/06/2023 21:44

The holiday one think it's Jet2 maybe not where the woman NEVER EVER lets go of her bf/husbands hand - we get it, you're together. Pisses me off big time. The song is shit too

Broop · 18/06/2023 21:47

The tressemme ad where the woman whispers and deliberately prolongs the ‘s’ in a few words makes me want to throw the sofa through the tv, there is no worse sound than someone whispering! I’m never buying a tresseme product again, dramatic I know but 😬

Daffodilwoman · 18/06/2023 21:57

I agree with all of the above.
The only ad I like is the Dolce & Gabanna one with the very attractive men in the white trousers.

Bluevelvetsofa · 18/06/2023 22:00

The Lloyds horses and the girl on the bike, ruining Alicia Keys.

I’m just glad WBAC have different people, instead of Schofield, although they’re pretty much rubbish. I’ve seen a different Santander one too, so hopefully Ant and Dec have had their day.

I’m intensely irritated by the Alan Carr trailer atm and all the ones advertising the return of comedy.

QueenBitch666 · 18/06/2023 22:04

Florenz · 18/06/2023 19:40

I never watch adverts, I don't see the point.

I'm glad it's not just me 👍
