You will be fine then. IME, most people who start this kind of thread are never heard of again (or anyway, they don't become regulars). Not that you have to be a regular of course, but if you want to feel fully part of something, you have to contribute lots and partially make it your own.

ah - but you see when they changed the layout ages ago I ticked the "let me see it the way it was" option, so I get to see all the posts on one page........

No-one is stopping you becoming integral to MN. Take it from someone who has been around long enough to know: some people come on here, wade into every topic and become old hands within about 2 weeks. The rest of us can only stand and stare!

Oh and FGS do a profile of yourself (Well done Twospecialgirls for already doing this). There is nothing I like better than nosing around people's profiles and it does give you a feel for some people.
