To ask how much your owe on your mortgage and your age?

Recently remortgaged and the massive rate rise got us thinking. Made me wonder - what is the average people owe? Yes it depends on area/value/when bought etc. But to make it simple I'd be interested in
A) how much owed
B) your age

I'll go first! We owe £115k and I'm 31.

Mortgage paid off just after my 38th birthday. Received lump sum
of money in not nice circumstances.

Somewhere in the mid 200k euros, 41 & 45.

280k LTV 18% I'm 58

33 and 89k left.

37 and 38. £106k, 35% LTV, 9 years left on a fixed rate.

$400k, 38, but not UK so fixed at 2.2% for 25 more years.

300k, LTV 15%, and 180k, LTV 25%. 47.

About £240k, I’m 45.

Interest only so is and always has been £150k
But saving seperately to pay off capital and hit £150k about 5 years ago.

200 k, 44, home worth about 1.1/1.2 million. Could pay it off but think what is the point?

We're up for remortgage soon, we're currently paying £660 which is over £100 more since this time last year - and that's only on £60k as we ported part of our mortgage in 2021.

We'll weather it, it'll be fine. But still annoying.
