Cursed clothes

I was involved in a prang( daughter driving). Now the whole outfit including a lovely green cardigan, sits forlorn in my wardrobe because its cursed.
Same with new jeans, lovely clarkes shoes and a jolly t-shirt
Twisted my ankle in the outfit so it's all cursed.
White holiday trousers from 20 years ago , cursed !( don't ask)
There's more but AIBU?

CLEARLY the clothes are cursed!

I had to get rid of a thick Starsky and Hutch style cardigan I wore by my aunts bed as she was dying.

Good excuse to buy uncurled replacements OP.

I lost a baby at 20 weeks a couple of years ago and I sold the majority of the non maternity clothes that I wore whilst I was pregnant. They just reminded me of the baby too much. I kind of shot myself in the foot though because I got pregnant again quickly and after I'd had DS, I had no clothes to wear cos I'd sold them all on Vinted.

Those clothes weren't cursed but I'm pretty sure I used to have a haunted clock.

People have written books with less of a plot than that ! I’m still laughing at the onion!

I got rid of a dress I was wearing when dd2 had a horrendous sickness bug! On a happier note , I’ve kept the top I was wearing when I met dp.

I'd like to know about the onion too!
If its some sort of Wicca thing, is there one to uncursed clothes? Something with sage maybe?

If decided that lm not BU, my feeling are valid.
I've found this and l intend to sprinkle my clothes with sage on a night of the full moon
Say these words over the clothes in moonlight and keep the clothes because well l like them !

So now l'm a witch 🧙‍♀️

I have a friend who no longer drives red cars. She kept having people t-bone/pull out on her when she had her two red cars. No accidents before them and no accidents (touch wood) since them. She is convinced red cars are (For her) a bit cursed.

Yes it's a witchy thing, supposed to be cleansing. Wish I knew about the sage before I did that though! I did look so cute in it 🤣
