Wonder what will be said, don’t blame him at all for being angry and wanting his say.
Watched a few old This morning clips today of Ruth & Eamonn with Rylan etc and it was really entertaining, the squabbles etc, humour and interesting discussions.
It’s actually quite sad it’s all gone to pot now.

GB news is my guilty new pleasure!! I listen daily in the car now! I'm the kind of person if u met me in real life you'd think I would hate GBnews! I'm quite left wing! But I really enjoy it :) I've not got the greatest attention span and the 'news' items are all really short! The presenters have great voices I could listen to for hours! And even though I can't stand farage or Dan wooton or the others, I am finding myself absorbed by their programmes and their voices are so much easier to listen to than other presenters on other channels!

I totally couldn't admit this is real life as my friends are quite judgy about this kind of programme and the presenters on it, but I admit it, I love it!!!!

Eamonn is just as bad as all the others in looking the other way when it suited him.

The way he hugged PS when he came out as being gay. Yes, you could see the dislike on his face, but he didnt have the backbone to not go along with it.

Too late now Eamonn to try and look like you are one of the "good guys".

I'm hoping he addresses that donuts because although I have time for Ruth, I have no idea why the two of them went through with the sofa love, knewing what they knew.

I’m not a Phillip Schofield fan and I think his behaviour has been appalling. This needs to be investigated and dealt with through the official channels be that ITV or the police. On the other hand this media witch-hunt needs to be stopped, I genuinely believe they are going to push him to the brink and he won’t see any other way out than to end it all. Media witch-hunts don’t tend to end well.

Typical I've been watching since 9pm and just when it's getting close to hearing what Eamonn has to say DH comes home and will not want to watch it.

Totally agree. PS has lost his entire career and if there is a criminal element to all of this then the police should deal with it. People literally salivating over all of this is vile. I seriously question what people want as an outcome from his if it’s not the above.

Not a fan of him and have not watched breakfast TV for forty years but it seems that so many people are enjoying this, all and sundry sticking their oar in to get their name on the right-on list.

Alternatively, both Holly and Phillip could have released refreshingly honest statements (think George Michael/Hugh Grant/Max Mosley).

@DunkingMyDonuts I don’t think they had much choice to be honest, it was said they weren’t told until they came into work that day, they were live on tv and have careers etc, I imagine at that moment they must have been blindsided

People liked Ruth on TM, I don't think Eamonn was ever that liked, there were threads on here about people liking her but not him. Wasp it him that said something rude about Dr Zoe's hair

I started listening in the car too and, like you, I am not their normal demographic. It's my guilty pleasure
I turned over to them as BBC Breakfast became so awful that I felt stressed before I'd even got to work whereas Eamonn's show on Talk TV is quite nice. BBC had become so aggressive and interrupt-y towards their interviewees I began to long for the days of "fluffy" breakfast TV. Eamonn's show feels more relaxed, often with different people discussing the news headlines rather than haranguing
