Fly on bed

There was a big black fly on my bed, in the covers, obviously I've stripped the bedding to wash it and apparently I'm over reacting, am I?

Thanks for the comments. The person who told me I was overreacting was myself. This is just part of my OCD and belittling myself for overreacting whilst not being able to stop cleaning etc is shit.

So yes you have overreacted but that's fine. Clean sheets tonight for your punishment! If you are going to overreact, don't berate yourself. It's not rational for me to get out of bed to check the oven but my rational side can STFU.

Yes I do. I take meds and have therapy. The person is me. It's me telling me I'm overreacting whilst not being able to stop 😢
