I also think the behaviour of the likes of Eddie is really offensive and harmful to genuinely trans people and I am surprised he doesn't get more criticism from that quarter

It is a solo show, so obviously she / he has to play all parts. If you don’t like the idea of it, don’t go. And Eddie / Suzy is welcome to use whichever pronouns he / she chooses. Without people making snide comments about toilets. Live and let live.

Tne problem is that Eddie does not live and let live. He advocates a pernicious set of beliefs which lead to homophobia, lesbophobia, the lifelong medicalisation and damage to children and an attempt to silence women and erase their language and experiences.
