Mixed sex sleepovers for teens

Appropriate or not? DS aged 14 would like to invite 2 boys and 2 girls over to camp in our back garden.

YANBU-Not Appropriate
YABU-Absolutely fine if parents are happy with it

YANBU at all. They'll be at it like rabbits. Maybe they will do it anyway but there's no need to facilitate it.

All these posters saying it’s fine if it’s a mixed-sex friendship group of close m&f friends etc…. It was within my incredibly close mixed sex friendship group that the whole group lost our virginities (with eachother, in various permutations and at various sleepovers at parents houses/gardens)! Just because they’re a group of mates doesn’t mean they won’t be at it (in fact, probs the opposite!)

My DD is not you. Her friends are not yours. They are not having sex with each other. DD does not want to have sex with them. She says the idea is as ludicrous as it is repulsive.
