To make a crown with ears on?

We have to make crowns for school.
I have some very pink glittery card.
WIBU to adorn my daughter's card with huge pink glitter ears in tribute to the monarch? Or in this woke new world is this shaming the royal body?

Well the children probably won’t get that reference. If you want to make fun of someone’s appearance, why not wait until Halloween and get your daughter to dress up as one of their classmates or teachers who has an undesirable physical affliction?

As someone bullied for their appearance at school due to a facial deformity it’s not funny. I do take it seriously! Don’t teach children that it’s ok to bully others for how they look as the receiving side is fucking awful.

I’d have a smile and some quiet admiration if I saw that on the school run… (and I’m a royalist!) As long as your kid can style it out with the same humour and chutzpah, go for it!!!
