Subway or chippy for dinner tonight?

I fancy one or the other can't decide.

If subway - Italian bmt

If chippy - i think spicy haggis supper and tub of gravy

Anyone want to inspire me? Or help me decide please?

With that awful sounding meal from the chippy it has to be subway 😂

Subway doesnt sound substantial enough

But haggis is very rich, I dont mind a spoonful of it but a whole dinner is a bit much, whats wrong with fish?

Chippy all the way although I’d swap the haggis for a fishcake.

I would def have chips with small fish and mushy peas and maybe a curry sauce

I was going to say this but thought I'd get a MN pile on for choosing a salad 😂 Chicken tikka salad with mayo is one of my favourite subway choices though

A chippy is definitely a dinner where i live (Scotland)

Chippy is dinner, Subway is lunch.

F the haggis isn't an entire haggis is "sausage in batter size" just incase pp think the op is eating a massive haggis

But regardless either is ok for tea, although as I said Sbuway wouldnt be substantial enough for tea so I went with chippy

Haggis supper every time. It's the only thing I breached being veggie for when I was a student.

I’d go chippy out of those 2 but definitely fish and chips not haggis!
DH is away this weekend and he does all the cooking so tonight it’s down to me (I HATE cooking 😂), I’m making ham egg and chips. Boiling the gammon now and realised we have run out of potatoes, we may also end up with fish and chips!

I'd go for the Subway but only because ours closed a while back and I haven't had one in ages. Steak and cheese with lettuce and chipotle southwest sauce is my usual though.

I'm not a fan of the haggis in the chippy, I prefer white pudding or chips, cheese and curry sauce. Occasionally a half deep-fried pizza. I had a king rib the other week which I hadn't had in ages and it was amazing.

No takeaway for us tonight though, I had a Chinese last night (beef curry and chips with a side of onion rings) and the leftovers were brunch for me today. Enjoy whatever you pick.

Am not a subway fan, so always chippie. But not haggis and gravy 😂
