Does anyone go there anymore? 😉

What do people actually do there beyond the swimming pool and maybe a bike ride? I know they have activities you can pay for, but most day they don't do those, so what do you actually fill your time with? Seems more cost effective to go to a waterpark for the day, like the Sandcastle in Blackpool or something.

We went once when DC were 3 and 4 months, and DS was asking when it was time to go home after we'd been there a day or so. Tbf it was January.

Yes! Making the most of going while we can during term time with a toddler.

@zorilla go for walks, feed the squirrels/muntjacs, ducks, eat out, bowling, baby sensory, kids parks, browse the shops. There's plenty for us there to keep happy. We do also holiday elsewhere. It's a place the whole family can get lodges and meet up. Planning to go with Mt siblings and their families this year.
