To be worried about Russia's retaliations on the West?

fedupfufu · 21/02/2023 20:16

There was an LBC listener who called in and said that Russia will nuke the UK first as retaliation for giving Ukraine fighter jets. It wasn't too long ago that fighter jets were considered off the table by the US and the UK. There were also two people on an episode of Joe Rogan's podcast discussing this. The powers that be just seem intent on bringing us closer to nuclear Armageddon. Sometimes it seems like nobody will do anything until it's too late.

It remains a fact that some of the Allies' actions did result in extra deaths in concentration camps.

@fluffyoverlord No 1 - you keep getting confused between fact and opinion. Your opinion, apart from being wrong, is not a fact. You actually sound silly calling it a fact.

No 2, the only person who caused the deaths in the concentration camps is Hitler's evil regime.

Please stop digging. Either that or you are a wind up merchant or quite simply what I thought all along a troll but even worse than a bot, a troll that believes their own shit. So a shill. I just realised troll + shit = shill

"Out of thin air". You were literally arguing that Hitler just wanted to send Jewish people on holiday to Madagascar until those mean, nasty Allies made him start killing. Honestly, what you're saying is so egregious that I would normally report, but I hope your posts stand so you can't cover it up.

I thought of reporting too but I agree people need to see fluffy for what it is.

No @fluffyoverlord I have not engaged with a pacifist before. This is an eyeopener, a level of delusion, denial and lack of understanding of human nature that I have not come across. And cowardice too, so long as the violence is done to someone else particularly if they are already going to be defeated or simply dead. Why help the weak, right?

So if someone comes and beats you up, nobody should come to your aid ever because it will only worsen the injury and provoke the aggressor? Amazing. No Rule of Law. No deterrence. First might is right.

Listen to Soviet Union's 'negotiation' tactics by Estonian PM Kaja Kallas, who know all too well their neighbour in the East?

So how does Pure Pacifism work in the face of this?

He might, but we have mutual assured destruction so would fire right back. So much more likely he would target another country without this or fire tactical neucs at countries without nuclear weapons.

I'm surprised at the amount of pro russian support on MN on threads similar to this.

Who in their right mind supports a nation that invades, murders and rapes its neighbours.....

I do wonder if some of the posters are logging in from Moscow!

JPG21 · 22/02/2023 06:16

FFS Russia have been about to nuke London about 50 billion times in my life, starting to just want it over now Tbh.

OMFuckingG. A real life Hitler apologist.

BashirWithTheGoodBeard · 22/02/2023 07:47

Methinks @fluffyoverlord is actually in the pro Ukraine camp. Nobody who genuinely wanted the UK to stop supplying weapons would have actually come out with the things in the last few posts, even if they believed them.

ClaritaCee · 22/02/2023 08:05

genocide wasn't Hitler's first plan, and in the beginning, there was the potential for negotiation that could have saved lives

By "negotiating" , you mean a wicked plan to "relocate" the Jewish people of Europe? To live completely oppressed in poor conditions that would probably have killed many of them? That sort of negotiating?

ClaritaCee · 22/02/2023 08:08

This thread really took quite the turn overnight, didn't it?

It's really hard for troll farms to get good overnight staff these days. Especially with all the men in the mincer.

As a rule I try not to engage with bots like you. It’s a futile exercise. But what the hell. You are really really wrong. The “tiny minority” of Russian speaking separatists were mainly sent in from across the border to create chaos. Sadly they were successful in that. The people of Donbas were sold a lie. A bit like Brexit really. I know this because my whole family are from Donetsk, some of them are still there. Those who thought that Russians were liberators now understand that this was never what they wanted. Russia did nothing to improve peoples’ lives or the region in 8 years. Only destroyed the infrastructure, industries, created divisions amongst families, mass migration from the region (only a small percentage actually moved to Russia, guess what, Russia never wanted them). Those who stayed either had nothing left to lose or had responsibilities like elderly parents.
Donbas was a thriving region pre 2014. By 2022 it was a pathetic shadow of its former self.

You are also wrong about Zelensky. He is a hero and exactly the kind of leader that Ukraine needs and deserves in their time of need. The world knows this and acknowledges him as a true leader. Except from North Korea, Belarus, Iran and you apparently. You are in good company there fluffy ;)

BashirWithTheGoodBeard · 22/02/2023 08:27

Those who thought that Russians were liberators now understand that this was never what they wanted.

The fighting age men amongst them will have had a particularly nasty shock. I doubt any of them realised they were going to be cannon fodder.

@fluffyoverlord

'Stay out of it' & allow Putin to take Ukrainian.

Are you really stupid enough to think he'll stop there

it's clear you are, so there's no point in engaging with you any further.

Greenshake · 22/02/2023 09:02

@fluffyoverlord you are a disgraceful individual. Just despicable.

PolicyOfTruth · 22/02/2023 09:10

@fluffyoverlord you should read up on "appeasement" which is what you're advising and see how that worked out with regard to the Second World War.

JunkinDonuts · 22/02/2023 09:11

Well I hope he doesn't start slinging his bombs around before Saturday, I've got a night out planned!

Jesus Christ.

You're blaming the West for the Holocaust.

Well, i think with your posts, absolutely everyone can see exactly where pacifism leads too.

Oh, by the way, we all know you're not in Mariupol starving while you spout this. Or at Risk of being killed yourself

God, you do push a truly evil line. I say that with real consideration
