S'OK He has been up at 4.30, 4.50, 5.30 and a lie-in today of 6.30. On the 4.50 day, he said, "Milk, peez!" I fed him and dozed. Then, "Downstairs?" "No, darling, too early." "Own bed?" and a hopeful grin. But I know "Own bed" meant "can I arse about turning the lights on and off and scurrying noisily about in my room, waking up DS1 in the process, so I fed him a bit more and took him downstairs just before 6.

should it be bloddy for a northern accent then?

MaureenMLove · 09/02/2008 18:24

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't it got something to do with some firewall thingy at some peoples place of work? If it recognises swear words it blocks access or summit?

I could be completely barking up the wrong farkin tree, so blardy shoot me!

Hatrick, like you wouldn't believe. DS1 feisty in his own way, but very rules-conscious which makes it easy (as long as you are consistent and don't make mad rules that he will remember at odd and awkward times!).

DS2...makes me laugh endlessly and exhausts me utterly! He seems to need no sleep and has started making things up - he saw a dog at the park yesterday who bounded over to say hello. He keeps saying, "Dog says woof-woof! Dog chase me! Dog bite me!" and holding his arm with a sad look on his face. I know for a fact the dog didn't bite him...! And if you ask him if it did, he says, "Noooooooooooo!" and runs off, laughing.

How are your lovely girls? And your boy bump?

hmm, we'll have to come up with something.

PeatBog · 09/02/2008 18:57

thanks, btw. I was peatbogfaerie, but as my DH pointed out, I'm small, dark and very un-fairylike, so PeatBog it is.
