To think that MNHQ shouldn't let a thread full of men asking for sex chat PMs stand?

Pondering what the underlying reason is for OP's post. We are surrounded to stuff that doesn't please us but why such a strong reaction. What bee is actually under the bonnet. Strikes me hard as an unhappy and crumpled individual.

Also, suspect the sex chatters posting here are feeding the monster.

Yep. I don't dispute that SOME men and women posted exactly that. But there also many of us who are not married and are looking to chat, date or simply hook up. As a women, I can be interested in parenting, politics and sex. So why should I not use Mumsnet as a means to meet other single people? (and yes people might be lying about their status but that's true of any online communication, whether here or FB or Tinder).

I take exception to the relentless criticism of the thread as a whole. The suggestion that the whole thread is seedy and disgusting based on the misguided belief that everyone on there is a cheater pervert. I'd suggest that the only people with any real insight into how that thread works are those who bother to engage with the folk on there.

I'm sorry but you've still not answered my question which was about how you knew people were cheating when you'd not actually spoken to anyone from there. Please can you explain?

And, incidentally, the vast majority of us would absolutely not get involved with a married man. My morals are no different than yours regarding cheating.
