Just checked my dd’s Snapchat and she has accused me of looking at ‘underage minors’

needless to say Snapchat is gone as it’s been a nightmare to manage and hell but I’m so upset and disgusted she would say that to me

I completely agree. On one hand it’s a good thing because many ex smokers have stopped smoking cigarettes, and the choice of flavour (and adjustable nicotine levels) are obviously really beneficial for them, but the introduction of the disposable vapes have made it too accessible - in the early days where you had to buy the kits/pens, at least there was a larger initial outlay.

id consider loss of financial privileges to be honest - do the school do prepaid lunches or something? And definitely no going to town with a card - regardless of if it can be monitored or not.

Your DD shouldn't have access to vapes as she's 13
So that's a worry

This is my absolute fear
i think she’s doing it to fit in I know kids as young as 10 doing it
tbh if it was vapes and it stopped at vapes I could live with it but I just worry this will lead on to drugs and her taking anything
it scares me silly

Ok shoot me down but there are way worse things other than a vape she could be smoking at 13( she is quite possibly already vaping and could well be on no nicotine which is the addictive part)
I know I was smoking at 13 and I was also smoking weed at that age
But back then it was easy to get ciggies

Vapes are easy to get easy to hide and the smell doesn't linger

There are but I don’t want the vape to lead to drugs etc sges doing it to fit in with a certain crowd
