To feel sorry for Brooklyn Beckham?

I just do feel a bit sorry for him. He's completely out of touch with the real world obviously, but he's so young and so gormless. But seems so determined to be famous in his own right, despite no specialist skill set. I wonder do famous parents ever encourage their children to go to uni and get a real job? Or is that not an option? There are plenty of fulfilling jobs he could do, teaching, nursing, even volunteering ( as he clearly doesn't need the money)
I feel bad for him as he gets mocked online, but he still seems determined to put himself out there.
Money aside, I do feel sorry for the children of spectacularly talented parents, it must cast a long shadow. ( I repeat, money aside...😅)

He is definitely gormless and has no talent or skills (that I know of!) But I certainly don't feel bloody sorry for him! He leads a blessed life and is very fortunate. BTW, the book that was published, (of photos he took,) is atrocious. The photos look like they have been taken with a potato, by a 3 year old.

It sickens me that people like him can get stuff published at the drop of a hat, no matter how shit it is, when many other unknown people can't catch a break in a similar field (writing, art, photography etc...)

I also wouldn't call VB 'spectacularly talented.' No-one would have touched her and her 'designs' if she has not been already famous. Same as Brooklyn. His photos would have been laughed at and binned if he hadn't been a child of the Beckhams.

To me it seems like he has many opportunities but either finds studying to hard. Or doesn’t know what he wants to do in life. Maybe financially his parents have made the mistake of supporting him a bit to much. Now at a very young age he has married. We possibly know how this will end. His wife seems to have a job and make money. What does he do when she is working? It’s not great that their families apparently no longer get on if that’s true!

I LOVE that his cookery show is called Cookin’ With Brooklyn. When his cheffing fails he can go into porn: Fookin’ With Brooklyn. Then birdwatching: Lookin’ With Brooklyn. Then literature: Bookin’ With Brooklyn. Chess! Rookin’ With Brooklyn. The possibilities are endless!

VB clearly does, had ambition for fame & money from an early age, & a huge talent for making it happen and holding onto it longterm.

Its not really talent, it’s lots of hard work - which with a v rich husband she didn’t need to do.

Not at all. He has a privileged upbringing and education and is clearly struggling to find his way in life but so do many his age

I guess it's an assumption because he left school without any qualifications (reported in press, so am just assuming it's true).

Remember when the Ramsays were slagged off for travelling in business while their kids were in economy class? He was ensuring they didn’t become entitled and didn’t get used to the finer things in life. His kids seems well adjusted.
The Beckhams have always sold Brand Beckham above all things. The abuse their young DD has got on social media as a result is a disgrace. It’s on them really as parents.

It’s not ludicrous when you look at the evidence the public are provided with. Have you seen his photography book? Only a stupid person would think those photos are worthy of a book. Have you seen him making a sandwich? Only a stupid person would think making a a sandwich is worthy of a “demonstration”. I could go on ….

I feel sorry for people who grew up abused, starving, etc.
Not for someone who had a all the opportunities in the world.

It's not about sympathy or judgement couldn't give two hoots who are we to understand what his work ethic is. His parents also had a huge amount of family support so neither really pulled themselves up from boot straps. The poverty of ambition has little to do with money.

He’s born into a wealthy family and doesn’t really need a ‘job’ to survive. Can follow his hobbies and interests. If anything I’m jealous. It’s a nice life.

He’s realised that there is money to be made from keeping up a media profile, I don’t see an issue really. For all we know, he also has made clever investments.

No it shouldn’t. We don’t live in North Korea, and BB actively seeks out publicity. Of course we’re allowed to discuss his “career”.

Say what you want about Posh and Becks, but they've both always had such a strong work ethic. You don't get to the very top of their careers without working hard. He just comes across as lazy to me.

Actually, I think he takes after his mum. She was picked in a random audition for Spice Girls based on her hotness and the girl band producers wanting one of each female- a blonde, a ginger, a minority, and a couple different brunettes. She then rocketed to fame doing hardly much of anything except lip synching, back up vocals and gyrating on a stage.

She then marries a millionaire footballer. She then schmoozed investments to start a vanity project fashion house which has lost millions of £ every year since she started it, the opposite of success or “top” of a career field.

Say what you want about footballers but at least they are picked for actually having skills, not by how fuckable they look while gyrating and wearing very little. Beckham put in a lifetime of work to succeed in his career.

I think Brooklyn is just thinking he will get a big break that will get him fame and riches for not doing very much at all. Like his mum did. It’s why you see him fortune hunting a rich bride half the time. I do feel a bit sorry for him in that people can be really horrible to him on SM and such, but not enough to worry about him. His life is and will still be one of immense privilege and wealth.
