School uniform

I find that skirt as an option for a school uniform is both discriminatory and also inappropriate for winter.

I appreciate that teenagers (girls) want to show off and wear very short skirts but if trousers was the only option then firstly they would be warmer and secondly girls wont be discriminated/different to boys.

I despair at the women asking why skirts are easier to manage with periods! You must have super easy periods with no leaks or flooding. Count yourselves lucky but try to recognise that not everyone has it the same.

Period protection can leak and blood way more obvious on trousers, especially ones that aren't black, than on tights covered by a skirt.

Tights have more give so fit round bulky pads better and the skirt over the top hides any bulges.

You are being unreasonable to assume that they want to wear a skirt to ‘show off.’. You are the problem.
