Very scared Need some support

My left nipple is red sore and erect been like this for 2 days. Also got a small lump under right boob not painful been there for a month. Nurse took blood tests last week. Doctor Urgently said to call back, this was Monday. Of course no one answered. I emailed etc. No reply. Now waiting for call on Monday and I'm so scared. I did have an appointment with breat clinic but due to postal strikes only received my letter after my appointment then got another letter saying they had cancelled it due to a no show. 😭.

I've had texts recently to invite me to appointments, I suppose they can't rely on the post, I'd call them and see if an appointment has been made

Turns out they only sent my referall today!!! Fuck it all 😬

Sorry to hear what you're going through, I can only imagine how worrying this all is. Hopefully it's just an infection/cyst as you said you've had those kind of issues in the past. Have you finished your course of antibiotics?xx

Handhold. I also had a breast referral scare in October, the doctor fast tracked it because it "Didn't look good" - solid fixed lump. Scans, mammograms, same day result all was fine. Its scary waiting xxx

Morning all. Appointment is today. My right breast is in agony think I got another Infection. That's nearly 4 lots of antibiotics over a year. I got dismissed last time as simply having mastalgia. So can anyone give me any tips on being taken seriously. 🙏🤷. My own GP said they should do a scan or something to see if there is anyone other reason.

I had a referral a few years ago and found the breast clinic to be really thorough and reassuring. They gave me the news I needed to hear very quickly and then I had to wait a little bit for a more lengthy conversation.

Hi all I'm sorry for the delay. Been feeling very unwell. Good news I have cyclical breast pain which is agony. But nothing sinister 🙃. Apparently there's a strong link between endo and breast pain like this as well. Shes also writing to gp saying you don't need to give me any more antibiotics for it unless it's a definite cyst! Hope everyone is well.
