Kirsch in hot chocolate. In the Lion de Belfort café in Reims it's called a bavaroise (can't spell). Good way to round off an evening of beer, wine and seafood platter before going back to the hôtel via the chip kiosk in the park.

Preferably served in a ski lodge.

I could drink a spiced rum in a coffee but not a hot chocolate. Cointreau doesn't belong in anything but a margarita but if I had to choose I would put it in a coffee.
