To wonder how Next can ethically continue to use Evri?

Given the stress that they cause to their customers?

I have just spent over an hour on the phone to them trying to get them to explain why Evri have still not picked up a faulty return a week later, even though they were here today making a delivery from another company (they have even included it in their photo of that on my doorstep) and a replacement due to be delivered a week ago is missing. No response to emails sent to Next’s customer services, so I called them but all they can really say is that they understand how I must feel!

It was supposed to be for Christmas too.

I guess that Evri are the cheapest and that’s all that really matters!

Round here, Evri are absolutely excellent. Royal Mail and DPD are useless.

So, no, they can't stop using them because of localised issues.

I sent two parcels with next day delivery on evri. One on 17 and one on 13 December. Neither have arrived. One tracking said due last night but then updated with no delivery today will try tomorrow and hasn’t been updated since. Other one just hadn’t moved since 14 December. Can’t contact them, on line chat is shockingly bad and yep, blood pressure through the roof trying to actually get my point across - the one sent on the 13 is absolutely irreplaceable, but not expensive. It was a handmade Christmas decoration made by my dd for my brother who lives on the coast. So sad about it.

Never had a single problem with Evri/Hermes. My local courier is ace, just given him a Christmas box today.
