...for starting that thread when I didn't believe you existed (and I genuinely didn't). I've done some proper research now, and realise that you are real person with fantastic real achievement. I apologise unreservedly for my previous thread, which was genuinely not designed to get at you since I did not believe you existed. I am aghast and incredibly impressed at how much you have achieved, and look forward to sparring with you again some time...

golly gosh how many circuits round the track has this gone?

sorry seems a very long word suddenly lol

Habbibu · 03/02/2008 10:20

Sprogger, so you either think like Xenia or don't work?! I'd say there's a whole world of views between the two!

lapinindetention · 03/02/2008 10:23

Sorry Xenia for always picturing you like this

UniversallyChallenged · 03/02/2008 10:24

How can anyone track someone down in RL just from a few details and a username on a forum? That's way beyond me or maybe I just dont have enough time Must take ages to trawl through old posts collecting data!!

fortyplus · 03/02/2008 10:25

If you Google xenia this is what comes top of the list!

yuk 40+ that's put me off my shredded wheat

fortyplus · 03/02/2008 10:34

When I think of xenia I have a mental picture of someone very like Nigella Lawson but a dress size larger. I'm filled with admiration for her even though (or perhaps because) she makes me cross sometimes!

Pan · 03/02/2008 10:35

I think she is rather nice.

Judy1234 · 03/02/2008 10:47

Nigella is prettier but we're a similar shape. I am probably bit thinner (just over 9 stone) although 32DD.. hopefully that statistic doesn't get you to me on an internet search..... laughing again...

Pan · 03/02/2008 10:49

See. I told you Xenia is nice, and just gets better.

Eliza2 · 03/02/2008 10:52

Wow--all that career success and those children and a killer enbonpoint too.

Eliza2 · 03/02/2008 10:52

Erm, that was supposed to sound admiring, not snide, just in case there's any doubt.

Habbibu · 03/02/2008 10:54

Heavens above, Xenia! I guess you're an example of how breastfeeding doesn't destroy your figure... (I suspect that 9 stone is a fair bit less than Nigella, but she's quite tall, too).

duchesse · 03/02/2008 10:58

People post their entire family trees online, so if you have a genealogist in the family ,the chances are that anyone could find your g aunt Mildred's date of birth and death, where she lived and what she did for a living. But it is a public space that anyone can access.

I suppose it helps that I have been using computers since the first crappy ZX81s hit the market, and have had email and the internet since 1994. As with many other useful inventions (nuclear fission, dynamite, etc...) it is a double edged sword.

You do realise that Xenia will become a legend in her own lunchtime! The mumsnet warrior queen I say in her own lunchtime because she is obviously not posting on company time!

I think Nigella lawson is gorgeous and minging all rolled into one

Judy1234 · 03/02/2008 11:30

She certainly is a good example of someone who found a second husband... although I think you'd have to pay me to sleep with Saatchi.

lucyellensmum · 03/02/2008 11:34

so who is your ideal man then ?

Pan · 03/02/2008 11:36

Pan.

Judy1234 · 03/02/2008 11:41

That's a very difficult question to answer. You don't know until you find him I suppose but ideally not obese and should be clever.

mrsruffallo · 03/02/2008 11:42

Not obese? Not very fussy are you?

fairyfly · 03/02/2008 11:48

Could somebody explain to me what this thread is about?

I have scanned through it and i don't get it.

Is it about a single mother being a success and that idea being too ludicrous to believe?

Pan · 03/02/2008 11:48
mrsruffallo · 03/02/2008 11:58

There, there Pan, I am sure your sense of humour make up for it

Judy1234 · 03/02/2008 13:30

I think it was because there was another thread I never saw which said I didn't exist and then she realised I did. That's all.

Pan, the podge is removable. Eat better.

Up to 13 stone is fine, above that and they tend all to be a bit too fat. I suppose if all else is right and he were reasonably tall 14 might be okay.... Would not fleece me again on a second divorce might be a useful characteristic and I suppose the only way to ensure that is that he earns more than I do.
