I think he may be suffering with PTSD to do with his Mum's death. He has undergone therapy probably still is.
I think his mother's death had a massive effect on him for obvious reasons and the aftermath that followed.

If you referring to his mental health then he probably isn't ok. He was unable to process the death of his mother in private. Diana is still talked about now like her death was last week. It must still affect him.

He saw how the shitty British press treated Meghan there is no doubt they were appalling in her treatment and be thought sod this it can't happen again. He was plainly protecting his family and how people find that hard to believe is their business.

It's getting harder to find threads that aren't about them.

I'm watching the documentary too, but questions like this are just a bit silly. How do we know if Harry is ok really? Plus, there is the RF topic to post this shit in.

Let's be clear about this he has millions in the bank the book to sell in Jan so more millions coming his way. Will it help his mental health probably not but his bills will be paid.
I'm sure Harry and Meghan have friends in California it's not like she is the only person he sees on a daily basis.

No, I don't think he is ok. I think he's sad, lost and confused however I can't say I blame him for leaving the UK when the media fill us full of nonsense that some people are too dumb to ignore.
