Ooh I always think about these sweets my dad used to give me when I was little!
They were the same shape as mentos but they were red and they were also hard, not chewy!

We have identical tastes in sweets! You have picked everything I would, especially the original flat cola bottles and liquorice midget gems. The new style midget gems are dogdirt.
I would also add in fruit polos, even though they used to take the roof of my mouth off I ate that many.

Jolly Ranchers that were really fruity, not the American version you find in shops today. They came in a blue oblong pack and were tangy orange, apple, cherry and watermelon flavour. They were so popular at one time and were the taste of my childhood but can't find them anywhere now!

Weirdly iv e seen these,love hearts,white mice,fruit salads black jacks and others mentioned on here at our local what I'd call booze shop/ corner shop/newsagents.
Even fruit polos.

You can deff still get used gems in supermarkets.
