William's actions are the issue, not Harry's.

They sound crackers, the pair of them. Like they’ve holed themselves up alone for two years and spent the whole time chewing things over, analysing and misinterpreting and feeding off each other’s sense of grievance until they created some sort of alternative reality which they the present to the world as ‘truth’, which in reality is a stitched together alternative narrative they have created between them.

it all started with a blind plant in the daily beast. Saying one of the royals loved pegging and he was having an affair with a woman who did that for him, and his wife didn’t mind as she was too old fashioned to do it, and it wasn’t his first affair.

firstly it was a blind story, so no names mentioned. Then someone said it was wills as a joke. It then took off. And like any good urban myth, it evolved to just one affair and it dropped the bit about it being sometjing his wife approved of and was about a fetish. which is what was the original leak.

And secondly I’d eat my own liver if not only was wills big into pegging and Kate was all good with him having a succession of women carrying out that service, lol. And it just happened to be little rose who was getting her strap on on 😂

it’s all bullshit but as thread shows folks are literally salivating at the thought.

I agree. It’s petty, mean spirited and downright harmful to spread rumours and gossip like that. He also knows that William can’t respond which makes harry an absolute coward. Yes it could be anything. Harry is always so evasive, he probably wants us all to guess the worst. Even I'd William had an affair its between him and his wife how they sort it out.

For the travel photos you've got to have a combination of a photographer who manages to get a good photo plus a media outlet who is prepared to pay the price - I think W&K are better about being more discreet with their comings and goings - I think they were burned once on a Middleton family holiday to Mustique when George was a baby.

All the Kate Middleton fashion stories are popular because they are good for clicks for the tabloids and very cheap to report on and can be endlessly repeated again it's super cheap content. A lot is just a vacuous nature of the online media industry - which is fueled by us the consumer - not some massive conspiracy to make the royal family look good.

I do not believe William has had affairs. If there were no rumours of affairs it would be some kind of miracle and unprecedented in the crown prince. That doesn't mean he had the affairs. Kate is not that good an actress and he just doesn't seem the type - far too cautious.

Penaltyshootoutfan, absolutely - the only problem is, of course, the damage to the lives of the people subject to these ridiculous rumours. Kudos to William and Kate for having the dignity to rise above it.

I disagree about making the royal family look good. They can only "survive" by the public being on side & for that they need lots & lots of good PR.

My guess is it's something they have both done. Harry got press coverage & Wills nada. Something like when Harry got taken to a drug rehabilitation centre for education purposes. Its obviously something that grates and most of us would be miffed too in Harry's shoes.
