Why? That's the way plenty of those aristocratic circles live. For them it's well accepted and entirely unremarkable. If William never has affairs, he'll likely be the first man ever in his position who hasn't.

It might sound outlandish to those in other social circles but it isn't to them. But whilst I couldn't care less which of them go to bed with who, the media image they set up for themselves as bastions or morality is what's truly nauseating, particularly as this is a family that sets itself up as being somehow above others.

If the public is this invested in their overlords, it's interesting to know exactly what they look like when the mask slips. And the narrative media are manipulating, and at whose behest.
