To think the public should stop voting for matt Hancock to do every trial

Aren't the public getting bored of constantly seeing him do the trials? I would understand if he was funny to watch whilst doing it but he just gets on with it! Every trial he has done he has brought all the stars back to camp and didn't seem phased at all while doing the eating trial with Boy George.
It will be terribly boring if he continues to do one every day. It also makes it a very easy ride for the rest of the campmates, not one of them have done a trial at all it's ridiculous.

He does well in his trials, better when he is on his own. Owen is a bellend and didn't contribute anything to his trial. I dislike how he is where all the vitriol is directed. People conveniently forget that the entitled, turd, definition of tory boy white privilege that is Boris was the actual PM and had overarching responsibility for how the pandemic was handled. We can all just forgive Boris though because he's 'likeable'.Not saying I like Matt, I don't, he was wholly inept at his job and is an arse of epic proportions.

I would like them all to get to do trials, especially Moyles and Sue.

That said, I wish someone would bring up that Boy George was convicted of holding a sex worker hostage and beating them with a metal chain while they were handcuffed. I actually cannot believe his career was not over. He's a horrible piece of work.

This - 100%

Sparklingbrook · 13/11/2022 11:03

I think there's now two threads on here about BG now both saying the same thing, It's been well and truly gone over and over.

DrivingHomeForChristmaaargh · 13/11/2022 11:06

I’d have liked it if he’d barely featured and everyone just ignored him. Being the main character was presumably his aim.

YABU for watching it

🙄

🙄back to you. People all complaining that these bellends are being paid £400k, etc.
They’re only there because you’re watching them.

Sparklingbrook · 13/11/2022 11:08

I think the people that are claiming they don't watch the 'drivel' have more opinions about it than those who do watch the programme, and seem to know an awful lot about what goes on and how awful it all is. Grin

Arenanewbie · 13/11/2022 11:47

I can’t believe that people are still talking about SW as he’s evil. What he and Katya did was wrong but it’s on a completely different level. MH used his position to facilitate his relationship. He gave Gina job to have her with him, job which was paid by taxpayers money. He broke his own guidance. And it’s just a part of the picture. He also gave government contracts to his mates And his decisions about care homes and etc showed that he didn’t care. All these I hold against him. How can anyone even compare him with SW?
I don’t watch IAAC usually, this year watched 1 episode when he got in, because was curious ( and did wanted him to suffer) but won’t do anymore. Hope he will be voted out soon because he has to do his job, we pay him for this not for crawling through holes and eating bugs to improve his public image.

I missed Thursday's episode.
But l think Moylesy is marmite anyway - l really like him but understand others don't

Personally, I don't think he should have gone in because he's being paid to do a job that he can't do if he's not at home. But I thought that people on here said that he was a horrible person so how can this improve his public image? Surely that can only happen if he proves to be an ok guy after all.

I like CM too. I loved his breakfast shown on R1 and hated it when Grimmy got it. But we have lovely Greg James now so it’s all good.

Artygirlghost · 13/11/2022 13:11

MH seems to just get on with anything thrown at him and he is actually winning the game so far, so time to move on to the rest of them.

I truly hate the Tories and I really don't want to see him get a positive image make-over simply because he is really good at keeping calm and manipulating the public.

Apart from Mike, Owen and Jill who seem to be genuinely nice people, I find the ''celebrities'' rather unpleasant or annoying this year and I want them to at least be made to work for all that easy money they are getting by face a few trials...

Arenanewbie · 13/11/2022 14:12

@MarshaMelrose I absolutely agree with you that he shouldn’t have gone. I’ve meant that HE actually went to the show for the money and to improve his public image not that he had any other reason in mind. I know he’s saying that he wanted to show the human side of politicians and campaign for dyslexia, but it’s all lies. He could campaign while staying at home and doing his job.

I listen to Radio x now l love Chris and Toby Tarrant afterwards too!

GoinSouth · 13/11/2022 16:07

It's become so predictable now and for whatever reason the public is voting for Matt, ok.. first time fine but enough already.. get over it! This is a gameshow - others on there I'd rather see getting gunked than Matt every single time. Fed up of the complacent smugness by the rest of the group when no-one else is chosen. What's the point of the show if no-one else takes part in the trials.

ReallyITV · 12/11/2022 22:52

Chris Moyles is actually coming across as evil.

How?!

Jimmini · 13/11/2022 16:46

I think there’s a fair bit of jealousy from some of the celebrities with how much airtime he is getting. You go on this show to raise your profile and a few of them aren’t really being seen at all. They are coming across as quite nasty and bitter. I was all prepared to not like Matt Hancock, instead I am finding him inoffensive at best and dull at worse.

Sue, Chris and Charlene in particular are really grating on me.

mike and Sean are surprising me at the moment

DarkKarmaIlama · 13/11/2022 16:47

I’ve stopped watching now because of it. He’s absolutely loving it and probably has some sort of fantasy he will be crowned king of the jungle. I wouldn’t put it past the British public to be honest so I’m now out. Shame because I was enjoying the series.

ilyx · 13/11/2022 16:53

Charlene is awful, kept banging on about “only 5 stars” they lost FOUR STARS thanks to the other campmates getting the question wrong then cheating!!

Oxo01 · 13/11/2022 17:15

Love the show but have always thought that everyone should have at least 1 trial to do.
It gets boring for us to watch and I'm sure most in there want to have a chance to try even if they put on a face as though they are pleased not to be picked.

HappyHamsters · 13/11/2022 17:19

What are the others being paid for.

Why would anyone want to do any of those things?

wherearebeefandonioncrisps · 13/11/2022 17:44

@woohoowoohoo
Talking to people singly, away from the group and foisting your hateful opinions of someone onto them , in order to get them on his side, is what bullies do.

wherearebeefandonioncrisps · 13/11/2022 17:48

I'm not a MH fan but there are a number of celebrities there who really shouldn't be throwing stones.
BG and Sue in particular.

There are plenty of sitting MPs who take time away from their constituents. They just do it quietly.
