To think the public should stop voting for matt Hancock to do every trial

Aren't the public getting bored of constantly seeing him do the trials? I would understand if he was funny to watch whilst doing it but he just gets on with it! Every trial he has done he has brought all the stars back to camp and didn't seem phased at all while doing the eating trial with Boy George.
It will be terribly boring if he continues to do one every day. It also makes it a very easy ride for the rest of the campmates, not one of them have done a trial at all it's ridiculous.

I think they should make it that if someone is voted to do a trial, that they’re exempt from the following days vote, so that at least we only see him do one every other day, rather than every day.

I agree, he's looking really p'd off it's not him getting the limelight and relishing a little too much that MH is getting voted over and over...

Chris Moyles IS quite unpleasant isn't he? Can't stand him, never could. Loathe him more than ever now.

I am also getting very irked with Sue. Just something about her that gets under my skin. Ditto Charlene. Dislike them both quite a lot right now.

I agree with PurpleButterflyWings. Only do so many trials then exempt for so many. MH is good at them...but it gets boring.

Bless Owen, saying he wanted to do the eating trial because he’s hungry! I think I’d have eaten the tacos in one gulp, ditto the churros!

I'd like to see Chris, Charlene and George doing more trials, they are coming across really badly IMO so get them doing something at least. I always thought Chris Moyles was not particularly pleasant amd very arrogant, but I was thinking it would be interesting to see how he was on this.

I never imagined MH and Sean Walsh would be coming across better than most.

I think that MH is coming across well, I am not a tory voter and am critical of the lockdowns but have nothing against him. I feel he's coming across as quite a genuine person. Some of the others in the jungle in my view are not coming across at all well. I would like to think the public will soon move in the way they view MH

It's always been the case that the people who do well on IAC are those who just quietly shrug their shoulders and get on with the trials and don't make a big fuss about them. They're often the ones who end up winning. He may well have come on with that as his game plan - he knew he'd get voted to do all the trials, and decided that he'd follow the "get on with it" tactic to boost his popularity generally. So yes, people voting for him are probably helping him immensely. It would make more sense to let him fade into the background and then vote him off at the earliest opportunity.

I’m a bit concerned that MH is going to do well out of this and will emerge a hero ready for a stint on celebrity master chef or blankety blank.
I hate that in the eating trial he was sat with a man who made him look likeable!

Agree that CM isn’t coming across well at all and I’m disappointed at how Charlene is coming across.
Im loving Sue though and her adoption story was amazing!

Id like more Mike, I didn’t expect him to blend into the background like he has.

Ive always had a soft spot for Seann and was gutted when the strictly thing happened but I’ve seen him on something since (a live at the Apollo-esque thing with Katherine Ryan?) and he cut such a sad figure. He did wrong but I think he’s suffered enough and deserves his chance to move on.
MH, BG and CM on the other hand could eat camel bell end for eternity and wouldn’t redeem themselves in my eyes!

When the campmates kept bringing up they “only” got 5 starts - yeah whose fault was that??!!! The campmates got the ask the audience question wrong, then were docked another two points for cheating by coughing!!! It was their fault they did poorly!! Not Matts!

I like that MH is good at the trials. I hate it when the contestants behave ridiculously with all that screaming. I just don't get why all the fakeness is entertaining. I really admired Sair Khan from Corrie when she was so pragmatic a few years ago doing the eating challenge. I'd much rather admire people than laugh at them.

Of course MH is coming across well as that was what he went in there for - to show his human side, in his own words, and get everyone to like him. It’s not difficult to put on a show of being nice for a few weeks when that’s your sole aim. It doesn’t mean that’s the real him or that he’s a nice person.

I am not bored of Matt Hancock having horrible experiences. I want him to keep doing every trial until he starts to be worn down by it. Imagine how smug he will be if he stops being voted and believes the public are forgiving him.

MH was made the fall guy for the governments mistakes but he was part of that I have no sympathy for him

but he isn’t a dislikable character and it wouldn’t surprise me if he is in the finale

CM is a horrible bully always has been he is very nasty and it didn’t take long to show

That said, I wish someone would bring up that Boy George was convicted of holding a sex worker hostage and beating them with a metal chain while they were handcuffed. I actually cannot believe his career was not over. He's a horrible piece of work.

Why do posters think it’s because the public hate him they are voting for him to do the trials? I’ve seen comments that suggest people like him and want him to win. I certainly dislike others a lot more than him

I voted for him for the first one but it’s just getting boring now. I wanna see the others have a go. I’ll look forward to when camp mates start to get voted off because that means the camp pick their own trial participants

I’ve had my arse handed to me on the IACGMOOH thread in the Telly Addicts section of MN for bringing this up - apparently he served his time, his MH was bad and we should all STFU about Boy George.

When I asked if they still love him if his victim was a woman I was told “How can we answer a hypothetical question, riddle me that”. Erm very easily Hmm some celebs really are Teflon coated
