Every time I scroll down a thread, this pops up and if I press ‘back’ or try to refresh, it just recycles to more scammy stuff! Anyone else got this issue?

seems to have stopped now!

Bloomingloveacurry · 07/11/2022 22:26

Yes!!!! But for Google. Thought my phone had a virus or something

OnceYouKPop · 07/11/2022 22:28

You need to go into chrome, settings, site settings, pop ups and then block the pop ups on mumsnet manually. It looks like it has given itself permission to be excluded from usual pop up blocker settings

DietColaBreak · 07/11/2022 22:28

And this is the Vodafone one! Looks like I'm lucky enough to be being scammed by Vodafone AND virgin! Lucky me!!

It just came back so I clearly know nothing sorry 🤣

Stillheregrinding · 07/11/2022 22:44

I have had about 3 pop up from talk talk in the past 10 mins.

WorriedMumofTeen16 · 07/11/2022 22:47

Yup. Made mumsnet almost unusable tonight. Virgin for me so it se3ms it may be targeted to each users Internet provider? Thats not good tbh.

I'm on website on phone not app, but connected via home router. Did a virus scan and nothing found so assume the problem is MN end.
