MN HQ Really needs to do something about disablist threads on here!

As a disabled person, this site makes me despair at times!

Anyway - in relation to the thread title, I agree! I have seen so much ableism on this site. Sure, posters on here aren't coming up to me and telling me to fuck off for "getting in their way" by using a wheelchair, but it's all the casual attitudes that contribute to the net negative impact on disabled people in society. When you're met by inaccessibility, people who don't care, and people who are actively obstructive to you just going about your business on a daily basis, it gets exhausting to come home, go online, and read so many casually ableist comments and opinions even on seemingly innocuous threads.

Ableist and disablist are both words, meaning slightly different things.
