I don’t understand her recent Instagram post where she says she went from candy to money. Admittedly I’m not very “up” on modern parlance, which is why I’m asking - what does it actually mean?

Like others have said though, I do wish she’d rocked the getting older, don’t give a shit vibe - instead of resorting to filters and surgery on her face. She was stunningly beautiful as a younger woman so would still be incredibly attractive now in her natural state, I’m sure!

My first thought was that it from candy to money in return for sexual favours?? But surely that is too dark. I don't know. Some of her other comments and behaviour mentioned in that article are extremely confusing and odd. She may be being deliberately provocative or I can't help thinking perhaps not very well.

This thread has had me open mouthed at some of the insults.
She has lived an EXTRAORDINARY life - the likes of which most of us can't even imagine. Why the hell should she just "grow old gracefully" or conform to anything people expect of her. I bet her kids don't even care - they haven't been raised in the same environment as 98% of us.
She obviously enjoys presenting this way. some people make it their life's work to stand out from the rest while literally not harming anybody so for a bunch of people to jump on a thread throwing vile insults it just seems so bloody mean!!

Madonna was so beautiful… she has chosen not to age naturally, which I think is a shame, because her bone structure would ensure she remains a beautiful older woman.
However, it's none of my business, and she has certainly maintained a certain body tone and facial style that appears to please her, and is very much in keeping with modern standards of beauty according to what I see online.

I question whether it's a fuck you attitude. At 61 you'd expect somebody who didn't care to have less need to show off their body, less need to SHOCK, and less terror of ageing.

I don't see somebody brave anymore. I see somebody terrified to age and that doesn't seem all that wise, or all that ''fuck you''. It seems more ''fuck me I'm terrified''.

She has the most awful breast augmentation I have ever seen( worked in the industry for years), she/they look ridiculous.
