We're currently in dispute with our employer over a 2.5% pay offer. Others in our sector have won 9%

Just wondered what others are getting / requesting

Not had one since 2020. Covid all but ruined my employers. We are almost breaking even now and would rather keep our jobs. Charity.

1% although there is a rumour that SPS is coming back in December

stuffnthings · 12/10/2022 08:22

2.25% back in April, large multinational, nothing mentioned at all about the cost of living, not even a 'we understand things are difficult'. Very busy, too much work, not enough people.

Public sector here. No pay rise beyond 1-2% since the mid 2000s so basically at least a 10% pay cut against inflation. The complete denial of any pay increase since Covid was a real kick in the teeth. Currently about to strike because we simply cant afford not to.
