I’m not one for nails and heels etc but I do want to look my age rather than looking 10 years older than I am.

What were your “game changers”?

vitamins? Skin care? Hair care … what product or habit changed how you look and feel for the better?

Lost a lot of weight, gave up fighting the grey and got an expensive haircut which I have maintained.

Veneers on my front teeth.

Vitamin D
Vitamin B complex
Multi vitamins.

Kept the weight off.

I live in a smallish town so I try to never leave the house without at least attempting to look smart and I can guarantee that if I do leave the house looking like I have dressed in the dark from the charity bag I will meet someone I know. It makes you think a little.

Next on the list is to join a gym.

Oh I also purchased that wonder brow stuff and I now have eyebrows creeping back, I am 60 next year.

Hey EbbyEbs! I'd say trail running was a game changer for me. It not only helped me get in shape, but also boosted my confidence. And don't forget to hydrate, hydration is key for skin and hair care! 😉

Lost weight - weigh around 9.5/10 stone.

Which means I basically look better in clothes. I also look younger when slimmer.

I've always drunk water, prioritized sleep and healthy eating. Luckily never smoked, or drank to excess. I've sunbathed a lot when younger but keep out of intense sunshine nowadays

Perhaps I've misunderstood, but why would OP need to consult a GP before taking an over the counter vitamin supplement, assuming no past medical history/medications/allergies that be contradictory. OP, chat with a pharmacist if you want to take vitamins & you're uncertain this is the right thing for you
