Thank goodness for this. The big problem of the last decade has been too much public spending.

Finally someone is going to cut the waste of a those extra ambulances we don't need and the thousands of surplus nurses who sit around doing nothing.

As a teacher it will be sad not to have huge pay rises every year but we need to fund the tax cuts for millionaires somehow.

It will be nice to be able to walk down the street without seeing police officers every 5 minutes.

What public service waste do you want to see cut now we are finally going to stop the waste?

Both works fine I'd say. What use do we have for either? Could save loads.

No need for the NHS at all....we've all got to die at some point. Thank god the rich will be able to buy their healthcare, they're all far too important to suffer pain.

Those in the workhouses would free up their homes , they could be bought up by big companies and leased back to the less poor that way. Increase the rents. They don't pay enough as it is do they ?..
The rich can pay for health care , they can't hang around on waiting lists. That can have a tax cut too. After all , it's a big old outlay for the poor souls. Let's keep them healthy , those hedge fund managers do not generate money on its own we know it makes sense. We owe them our lives.

I agree, it's absolutely ridiculous the government has spent the best part of £600 billion paying for everything for the past 2yrs.
I want them to pay my mortgage now, they've paid my wages, childcare, and utility bills. So I demand my right to endless free money.🙄

Money should only be printed off for the rich anyway , they need it burn in front of the homeless for fun. They need their down time after all. It's stressful getting thousands in bonuses. You don't know the stress

Even people paying 45% tax need functioning public services - if they are not available then anyone who can will move abroad and leave the sinking ship that is Brexit Britain.

Even the rich need the NHS if they have a massive accident/ need a transplant/have a heart attack. Unless we introduce some fabulous American style health system.....

terrible waste of LA resources. Household waste can be disposed of in gardens or metal bins in balconies. Those without can find a suitable alley or lay-by.
One tin of paraffin per household would cut costs drastically.

Well obviously all public services need to be privatised, including the health service, schools and prisons. This piddling little namby pamby privatising of bits of these services is why we are not seeing better results. Get some captains of industry in, sort the wheat from the chaff, streamline services. Sell off all the assets that are not yielding enough profit ( school playing fields, hospital buildings in desirable areas etc) sack all those lazy teachers, prison officers, healthcare assistants etc and get cheaper zero hours agency workers in. Then we would have a lighter, more efficient public sector, without all the unnecessary extras the pampered, overfed people of this country have been spoiled with. And if some people slip through the cracks, so be it. We don’t want a Nanny State that looks after the weakest. We want a people with backbone! The ones that survive at least.

With YouTube videos on every subject, why not get rid of the NHS completely.. DIY surgery on the kitchen table using whisky or gin as an Anaesthetic!
